The only things which we ask that don't use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging, accessories and tags. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take an adequate measure to maintain its condition. .The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position as soon as it reached back to us.
We provide free exchange & credit note refunds. Cash or bank refund will incur a charge of Rs 250 as reverse pick up charges. But if you wish to send it back to us we can refund you the entire amount.
