### **Shipping Policy** 

1. **Free Shipping**:
   - Orders above **₹4,000** qualify for free shipping across India. 
   - Orders below ₹4,000 will incur shipping charges as per our fee schedule as mention in this page. 
2. **Processing & Delivery Time**: 

   - 90% of orders ship within **2 business days**. 

   - Customized items may take **3–4 business days** to process before shipping. 

3. **Tracking & Logistics**:

   - Tracking numbers are shared via email/SMS within **24 hours** of dispatch. 

   - We partner with multiple logistics providers to ensure timely delivery based on your location. 

4. **Lost/Damaged Shipments**: 

   - In rare cases of lost/damaged shipments, we will resend the order or issue a refund after investigation. 

5. **Pre-Shipment Cancellations**: 

   - 100% refund if canceled before shipment. 

### **Return & Exchange Policy** 

1. **Eligibility**: 

   - Returns/exchanges must be requested within **7 days** of receiving the order. 

   - Products must be **unused**, in original packaging with tags/accessories intact. 

2. **How to Initiate**: 

   - Email us via the **Contact Us** page with your order number, product screenshot, and reason for return. 

3. **Conditions**: 

   - **Restocking Fee**: 25% deduction + actual shipping costs for returns due to ordering errors or change of mind. 

   - **Free Exchange/Credit Note**: No charges for exchanges or store credit. 

   - **Cash/Bank Refunds**: ₹250 reverse pickup fee applies. 

4. **Exceptions**: 

   - Products bought during **promotions, clearance sales, or offers** can only be exchanged for available items in the same sale or returned for store credit.

   - Refunds are processed within **3–5 business days** after receiving returned items. 

   - Pre-shipment cancellations or inventory/quality issues are refunded immediately. 

2. **Deductions**: 

   - Restocking fee (25%) + shipping costs apply for non-defective returns.

3. **Defective/Damaged Items**: 

   - Full refund or replacement guaranteed for defective/faulty products (no deductions).
